     Jerry launched his real estate career in 1980.  In the early years he mostly worked with residential clients.  As his experience grew, he branched into commercial business.  Now he’s totally dedicated to commercial clients and consistently closes in the millions per year.

     Many of his clients are repeat buyers that have benefited from Jerry’s experience in working with undeveloped land, convenience stores, management of mobile home parks, and project development.  He is listed as a member of Triangle Multiple Listing Service, Raleigh Board of Realtors, and Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.

     Dale began his rental management career when he began purchasing his first rental property in 1996.  As his investments grew he wanted to expand the companies management portfolio by offering management services to other owners.

     By 2005 the management had grown to over four counties and a few hundred units.  Dale spends all his time now in developing new clients, and increasing the return on investment for all the properties.  He serves as Vice President for the Wilson Property Owners and Manager’s Association, and Chairperson for the Committee on Improving Wilson Housing and Tenant Relations.
