Our Raleigh office is located in the Tarrymore Square Shopping Center on Capital Blvd, at the intersection of Buffalo Rd and Capital Blvd, located in the Liberty Tax office.

Office Hours for leasing or key check out is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11 am to 7pm.  Other times are by appointment only.

Keys are checked out for 2 hours to view any of our vacant properties.  A refundable key deposit of $30 is required and leave with our office an item of value such as a checkbook, credit card, etc.  The item and $30 is returned when the key has been returned on time.

Attention Tenants with Section 8 Vouchers:
Please check the vacancy list to see if the property is suitable for a Section 8 Voucher.

Please note, we do not accept Raleigh Housing Authority Section 8 Vouchers for our vacant units.  We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the unrealistic inspection standards, it is not cost effective for us to accept those contracts.

However we do accept Section 8 Vouchers for Franklin-Vance-Warren Opportunity, Inc and The Housing Authority of the County of Wake.
